Harriet is a British singer songwriter whose distinctive, evocative voice has drawn frequent comparisons to Karen Carpenter. Her most recent album, Trying To Get The Feeling Again is inspired by her love of music from the 1970s, and combines her interpretations of much-loved classics with her nostalgic original material, including Mountain, which she co-wrote with John Bettis, the lyricist behind many of The Carpenters ’biggest hits.
